Priene Miletus & Didyma (8-1/2 hours)

On this full-day tour you'll head south from Kusadasi to Priene, perched on a limestone shelf overlooking the flood plain of the Menderes (Meander) River, the first city ever built on a street-grid plan. Across the flood plain is Miletus, once a prosperous port with an enormous, well-preserved theatre.

Farther south is Didyma with its gigantic marble Temple of Apollo, location of a famous oracle (similar to Delphi) in ancient times.
